This Privacy Policy describes how Neropoint LLC ("Neropoint," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit neropoint.com (the "Site") or interact with our services.

Information you provide directly. When you email us, book a consultation through our scheduling tool, or contact us through any form on the Site, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, firm name, and any information you choose to include in your message.
Analytics information. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service, to understand how visitors interact with the Site in aggregate. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across sites. The information collected includes page views, referral sources, country-level location, browser type, and device type — all in aggregate, with no personal identifiers.
Communication records. If you communicate with us by email, text message, or scheduled call, we retain those communications as part of our normal business records. By providing your contact information through the Site or in correspondence with us, you consent to receive responsive communications from Neropoint by the channels you provided, including email, phone, and text message.
Information from automated systems we operate for clients. If you are a client of Neropoint, our services may involve operating automation systems that process your business's data — for example, lead intake systems, scheduling tools, or client communication workflows. We process this information solely on your behalf and in accordance with our services agreement with you.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or use:
- Tracking cookies or cross-site tracking technologies
- Sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or government identification
- Information about your browsing activity on other websites
- Biometric or precise location data
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:

5. SMS and Text Messaging
How You Opt In to SMS Communications. You consent to receive SMS messages from Neropoint only by submitting the contact form at https://neropoint.com/contact with the SMS consent checkbox affirmatively selected. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting the contact form without checking the consent box does not result in SMS consent. Checking this box is optional and is not required to submit the contact form or to receive a response to your inquiry.
Messages You Will Receive. If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages from Neropoint that include acknowledgments of your inquiry, scheduling confirmations and reminders for any consultations you book, and follow-up communications related to your inquiry or engagement with Neropoint. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages without separate, explicit consent for that purpose.
Message Frequency and Charges. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, up to a maximum of 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier's plan. Neropoint does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to Opt Out. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS communications, except as required by law. Carrier Disclosure. Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messages may be delayed or fail to deliver due to factors outside Neropoint's control.
Mobile Information Sharing. No mobile information about you will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors or service providers that support our services, subject to confidentiality obligations. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose. This includes consent records, phone numbers, and message content.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use third-party service providers to operate our business, including our email provider, scheduling tool, banking service, payment processor, and the platform that hosts this Site. These providers process information solely on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
- Business transfers. If Neropoint is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.
